Erasmus+ training course: Youthwork for Inclusion

“Youthwork for Inclusion” was an Erasmus+ training course which was organised together with 6 partners in Prelog, Croatia from 11th to 20th of December 2021. Erasmus+ is the EU’s programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe. It includes youth exchanges and moblities for people who are working with youth. The general objective of the Programme is to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in education, training, youth and sport, in Europe and beyond, thereby contributing to sustainable growth, quality jobs and social cohesion, to driving innovation, and to strengthening European identity and active citizenship. The reason we created project “Youthwork for Inclusion” is to encourage people – especially youth workers – to implement more methods based on the Non Formal Education because we understand how easy and engaging learning can be, how quickly you can motivate youth by using NFE methods, and especially how much empowerment can NFE bring to disadvantaged groups of young people. The main goal of the project was to improve youth workers competence in creating, selecting and adapting NFE methods to improve their work with disadvantaged young people. One of the most important results of this training course were the Non Formal Eduaction tools created by the participants during the activity. We gathered those NFE tools so they can help youth workers in their everyday work. Below you can see the NFE tools created by participants and detail instructions on how to use it in your daily work: 1.
