Here you can read impressions and learning outcomes of the participants that participated on Erasmus+ YE: “The Art of Saying It Right”

IVA KESER:

During the project, I particularly learned how much the way we say something can affect another person, and how honest but constructive feedback can be a valuable tool for growth. I realised that I don’t always have to have everything under control — sometimes it is enough to simply be present and allow myself to learn, make mistakes, and be myself.

This experience brought me wonderful people, honest conversations, and a safe space to work on myself.

PETRA:

On the project “The Art of Saying It Right”, I learned more about active listening, empathetic communication, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. I also gained a better understanding of how emotions, stress responses, and different ways of thinking can affect communication and relationships between people.

Through working in an international environment, sharing experiences, and designing my own workshop, I gained more confidence in expressing my ideas, collaborating with others, and creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. This experience gave me new perspectives, useful tools for working with young people, and friendly connections with people from different European countries.

IVA GRAHOVAC:

Through the project The Art of Saying It Right, I learned how important active listening, empathy, and giving and receiving feedback are for effective communication and healthy relationships with others. The project encouraged me to be more open to new experiences and to engage in self-reflection, while allowing me to better understand myself through meeting and connecting with different people.
